How could we describe a tool which enables everyone to acces different locations, repositories on the web without worrying about underlying storage technology.

ftp, http, cvs, svn, ... any way : one only tool needs : Http Explorer.

You ca develop applications online, upload and download pictures, files without worrying about size, thanks to a special files upload management, smart synchronize your files from your local computer with remote ones just suing your web browser (firefox).

Here are any ideas about the unique name of this project :

Remote Explorer, Universal Explorer, Virtual File System Explorer, VFS Explorer, VFS browser

I'm currently developped a new web application : a Universal Remote Explorer, code name is "Http Explorer".

Based on a Virtual File System for the server business and Ext (YUI-Ext, now called Extjs) for the GUI, I hope providing an ajax app, working on all browsers, enabling users to access different file systems (local, FTP, remote http, sql, svn, cvs, ...).
GUI is similar to Windows Explorer. Navigation will be enhanced by using Ajax technology. No heavily reload the page just to rename a file.

Xeoos est développé sous Xoops, mais il existe d'autres CMS qui ont d'autres buts et d'autres vies et évolutions.
Voici une démo de la dernière version 5.0 de Drupal.
Ce site tourne sous Joomla 1.5beta : Back2english.

Drupal, Joomla! et Xoops font partie des 5 meilleurs CMS du moment !

Dojo : Fisheyelist

As you can see, i use a new toolbar to select language. It's the fisheyelist from Dojo framework, which looks like MacOs menu.

Great effect, easy to integrate. Wonderfull !! Unfortunately, widgets aren't compliant with XHTML, namespaces stay not-understandable by validator like w3c's.

A fight is running about what is validation : what and how validate a web page ?

So, i remove this pretty widget but i start now new papers on how to integrate samples from any ajax frameworks, particularlry into Xoops.

Après le nom de domaine, on passe à l'amélioration de l'indexation des moteurs de recherche grâce à la méthode de l'URL rewriting, ou comment naviguer sur un site dynamique (portail CMS) en pensant être sur des pages statiques.
